Responsibilities:
- Develop and sustain dynamic in-app solutions like Mini Program and other related components.
- Create libraries and frameworks supporting complex web applications to enhance development efficiency and code quality.
- Set architecture standards and implement best practices for improved performance.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Requirements:
- Technical expertise is evaluated over academic qualifications.
- Proficiency in popular native dynamic solutions such as Mini Program and React Native, focusing on enhancing performance.
- Mastery of JavaScript and NodeJS, with a background in designing and implementing JavaScript frameworks and libraries for at least 4 years.
- In-depth knowledge of popular UI rendering frameworks like React or Vue.
- Expertise in developing tools to enhance frontend development efficiency and quality, with understanding and experience in tools like esbuild, Webpack, Parcel, and Vite.
- Experience with writing and optimizing compilers and runtime for DSL or server-side NodeJS framework development and server-side rendering.
- Strong coding skills.

- Active GitHub/NPM portfolio.
- Contributed significantly to popular open-source projects.
- Familiarity with several front-end frameworks or libraries.
