What You'll Do:

As a Senior Frontend Engineer at MetaMask, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing user experiences across multiple platforms, including our Portfolio Dapp, browser Extension, and Mobile app. You'll work on curated portfolio and asset views, as well as NFT experiences, delving into the complexities of blockchain and web3 technology to deliver exceptional experiences to our users.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years working with web and mobile technologies.
• Hands-on experience with at least one of the following: React, React Native, Vue, or Angular.
• Proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6/TypeScript/etc.).
• Solid understanding of CSS and CSS preprocessors (Sass/LESS).
• Strong knowledge of cross-platform/browser compatibility.
• Experience in agile development.
• Proven track record in developing medium to large-scale applications with minimal tech debt, focusing on testing, linting, and adhering to coding/web standards.
• Experience with API consumption.
• Familiarity with Continuous Integration.
• Strong grasp of web-based security threats and preventive measures.

Bonus Points:

• Familiarity with ERC-1155 and ERC-721 specifications.
• Passion and knowledge of blockchain technologies, particularly NFTs.
• Understanding of cyber-cryptography.
• Experience working in a decentralized, distributed team.

Compensation:

The salary range for US-based candidates (excluding bonus, equity, or other benefits) will be determined during the interview process, based on experience and skills. Anticipate a base salary ranging from $79,000 to $203,000 USD.
