About the Role

The role involves constructing a state-of-the-art Translation Management System (TMS) and Binance Translation platform (BTS) optimized for managing intricate multilingual data, translation workflows, and large-scale content operations. The system is beyond basic data operations, encompassing workflow orchestration, translation memory enhancement, and efficient data querying techniques. The objective is to develop a robust framework supporting scalable localization and automation processes.

Responsibilities

• Create and sustain end-to-end systems amalgamating AI features into practical products, encompassing backend services and frontend interfaces.
• Devise and implement scalable data pipelines, APIs, and interactive UIs for model-based and real-time applications.
• Collaborate closely with product and research teams to transition AI-powered functionalities such as LLM-driven workflows and agents from concept to implementation.
• Continuously explore and integrate cutting-edge AI technologies to enhance system capabilities and developer efficiency.
• Construct user-friendly and high-performance frontend applications for visualizing data, workflows, and AI outcomes.
• Enhance system performance across the stack including frontend responsiveness, backend throughput, and overall system reliability.
• Contribute to architectural design, engineering standards, and best practices throughout frontend and backend processes.

Requirements

• Academic degree not mandatory; candidates assessed purely based on technical proficiency.
• Proficient in full-stack engineering with substantial experience in backend development (Node.js / Go / Python) and modern frontend frameworks.
• Keen awareness of AI technology advancements with practical experience or strong interest in LLMs, agents, or AI-driven systems.
• Quick learner adept at grasping and applying new technologies in a swiftly evolving landscape.
• Solid frontend skills encompassing state management, performance optimization, and building complex interactive interfaces.
• Experience in designing scalable systems including APIs, asynchronous workflows, and event-driven architectures.
• Proficient problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin for effective coordination with international partners and stakeholders.
