Your Role
Your primary responsibility will be to shape and execute People and Talent strategies within our organization. As the People Partner, you will collaborate with the C-Suite and leadership teams to align business objectives with targeted People and Talent solutions. This role involves reframing challenges through a talent-focused lens, fostering a positive work environment, and acting as the central point of contact for all People-related matters.
You will work closely with various teams within our organization, including People Services, Talent Acquisition, and Learning and Development, to deliver integrated People solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, leveraging your expertise in business, fintech, and competitive insights to develop proactive People and Talent strategies.
- Develop strategic workforce and organization design plans, identify required capabilities, and address any skills gaps through action roadmaps.
- Utilize data from People Intelligence to align talent capabilities with the business objectives.
- Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging talent needs to drive organizational and workforce planning.
- Lead talent and successional management initiatives, ensuring the identification, development, and retention of key talent within the organization.
- Provide leadership coaching, develop leadership curricula, and facilitate integration workshops for leaders and teams.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably with 3+ years in high-growth technology companies.
- Demonstrated expertise in shaping and implementing People and Talent strategies, including performance improvement, leadership coaching, talent management, and organizational design.
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to develop actionable plans.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with senior leadership teams.
- Fluency in English with knowledge of other languages being a bonus.
