Senior Product Analyst - Predictions Product

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Senior Product Analyst with a passion for sports to join the Product Analytics team. In this role, you will lead data-driven decision-making within our Sports and Predictions division, collaborating with product managers, engineers, and operators to drive user funnel optimization, enhance liquidity, and shape product strategies using actionable insights.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and track KPIs to steer product performance, trading activity, and user acquisition.
• Analyze user conduct, trading trends, and price responsiveness to identify product enhancements.
• Conduct analysis on market liquidity to support teams in improving depth, spreads, and order book health.
• Collaborate on event tracking, data accuracy, and experimentation frameworks with data engineering and platform teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in product analytics, sports analytics, or quant/data science roles.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL, with expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Databricks, Looker, and Mixpanel.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and product experimentation frameworks.
• Interest and knowledge in sports.
• Experience in market liquidity analysis, encompassing depth, spreads, execution quality, and market-making behaviors.
• Ability to challenge assumptions, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and craft narratives guided by data.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach.
