About the Role:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and crypto-savvy Senior Product Analyst to join our Product Analytics team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading data-driven decision-making within our Trading pillars. Collaborating with product managers, engineers, and designers, you will focus on optimizing user funnels, enhancing liquidity, and shaping product strategy based on valuable insights.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and track KPIs to drive product performance, user growth, and trading activity
- Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior, trading patterns, and price sensitivity to identify potential product enhancements
- Create and assess A/B tests and experiments to drive product enhancements
- Perform market liquidity analysis to support teams in optimizing depth, spreads, and order book health
- Collaborate with data engineering and platform teams on event tracking, data quality, and experimentation frameworks
- Keep abreast of trends in the crypto market and transform macro shifts into actionable insights
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in product analytics, trading analytics, or quant/data science roles
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Databricks, Looker, and Mixpanel
- Knowledge of A/B testing and product experimentation frameworks
- Comprehensive understanding of crypto trading products on centralized or decentralized platforms
- Experience in market liquidity analysis, including depth, spread, execution quality, and market-making behavior
- Ability to challenge assumptions, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and own the narrative with data
