About the Role:
We are seeking a knowledgeable individual with a strong background in the crypto industry to fill the position of Senior Product Analyst. The successful candidate will join our Product Analytics team and play a key role in guiding data-informed decision-making for our Trading departments.
As the Senior Product Analyst, you will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and designers to enhance user funnels, optimize liquidity, and help shape product strategy by deriving valuable insights from data.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to steer product performance, trading activities, and user expansion
- Perform in-depth analysis of user behavior, trading trends, and price responsiveness to identify potential product enhancements
- Create and assess A/B tests and experiments to facilitate product enhancements
- Conduct analyses on market liquidity to support teams in optimizing trading conditions
- Work together with data engineering and platform teams on event tracking, data quality, and experimentation frameworks
- Stay informed on crypto market trends and provide insights on translating industry shifts into actionable strategies
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in product analytics, trading analytics, or quant/data science roles
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Databricks, Looker, and Mixpanel
- Knowledge of A/B testing and product experimentation methods
- Extensive understanding of crypto trading products on both centralized and decentralized platforms
- Experience in analyzing market liquidity, including depth, spread, execution quality, and market-making practices
- Ability to challenge assumptions, influence stakeholders across different departments, and effectively present insights derived from data
