Senior Product Designer

We are seeking a talented Product Designer to join our team at Magic Eden. In this role, you will be responsible for strategic thinking, executing high-quality design work, and delivering an exceptional user experience on our platform.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to develop user experiences that align with business and user objectives across all Magic Eden product lines
• Establish and maintain a design system that supports scalable product features for all Magic Eden products
• Create user flows, wireframes, and other design artifacts to effectively communicate the UX vision and decision-making rationale to relevant teams
• Prototype user experiences and conduct UX research, coordinating and facilitating tests with end users
• Iterate quickly based on feedback from internal stakeholders and end users
• Conduct quality assurance to ensure visual accuracy in developed software and provide detailed feedback to engineering for revisions until product launch

About you:

• 5+ years of experience as a UI or UX designer, focused on consumer-facing products
• Proven ability to work independently, demonstrate creativity, attention to detail, and deliver tangible results in an organized manner
• Proficiency in Figma and other standard design software
• Experience designing for both web and mobile, and familiarity with design standards and systems for these platforms
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Thrives in a fast-paced work environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Interest in and general understanding of crypto, NFTs, and Solana dApps
• Knowledge of NFTs and Solana
• Familiarity with digital collectibles and a genuine interest in the space

Compensation for this position may vary depending on location and other factors. The base salary range is $120k - $200k. Eligibility for Magic Eden's equity plan will be determined at the company's sole discretion, taking into account various factors such as experience, expertise, and location.
