Senior Product Designer, Web

The Opportunity:

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team, focusing on enhancing desktop experiences and marketing pages. Through intelligent layout decisions and sophisticated visual design, you will expand product experiences to reach new audiences and platforms.

As a Product Designer, you will have the freedom to execute your creative vision while collaborating with skilled designers, developers, and product managers who are dedicated to crafting outstanding user experiences.

What You'll Do:

• Develop landing pages and page structures, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs.

• Strategically position products and features in content and layout.

• Contribute to the marketing design system, focusing on typography, color, components, and graphics.

• Design product features specifically for the web, adapting existing features for the web environment or creating new experiences.

• Contribute to the web design system.

• Create visuals and animations, establishing processes for graphics creation using tools like C4D, Adobe Suite, and AI.

• Produce product mockups showcasing app experiences.

• Design spot and hero graphics aligned with the brand.

• Manage data and analytics, setting performance goals for websites and individual pages, analyzing data with tools like Mixpanel, and determining what to track in collaboration with PMs and developers.

Skills & Experience Requirements:

• Experience in cryptocurrency and trading.
• 4+ years of product design experience within digital products.
• A portfolio demonstrating professional website design and web identities.
• Proficient use of Figma, components, variables, and styles.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools such as C4D, Blender, Adobe Suite, and AI.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a deep understanding of user-centered design and UX principles.
• Knowledge of diverse research methodologies and their appropriate application.
• Ability to shape product vision through data and experimentation.
• Strong communication skills in articulating design decisions to clients and stakeholders.
• Leadership qualities and the ability to form strong partnerships with product managers and engineers.
