The Opportunity:
We are looking for a seasoned Product Designer to join our dynamic product design team. Your primary focus will be enhancing our desktop experiences and marketing pages through innovative layout choices and high-quality visual design to expand our reach to new audiences and devices.
You will become part of a design-oriented organization that values and prioritizes design thinking at the highest levels. As a Product Designer, you will have the opportunity to bring your vision to life while collaborating with a team of skilled designers, developers, and product managers dedicated to creating exceptional user experiences.
Responsibilities:
Design and create landing pages
Develop page structures, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs
Strategically position products and features within content and layout
Contribute to the marketing design system including typography, color schemes, components, and graphics
Create and design product features for the web
Adapt existing features to the web context or craft new web experiences for the [Company Name] app
Contribute to the development of the web design system
Produce visuals and animations
Utilize tools like C4D, Adobe Suite, and AI to create graphics
Develop product mockups showcasing app experiences
Design spot and hero graphics in line with the [Company Name] brand
Data analysis and reporting
Establish measurable goals for website performance and individual pages
Analyze current analytics tools such as Mixpanel
Collaborate with PMs and developers to determine tracking objectives and strategies
Skills & Experience Requirements:
- Familiar with cryptocurrency and possess basic trading knowledge
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a product designer specializing in digital products
- Demonstrated expertise in designing professional websites and web identities
- Proficient in Figma, including components, variables, and styles
- Working knowledge of graphic creation tools such as C4D, Blender, Adobe Suite, and AI
- Strong problem-solving skills with a solid grasp of user-centered design and UX principles
- Experienced in various research methodologies and adept at choosing the right approach for different situations
- Display a strong product vision, leveraging data and experimentation to guide product development
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain design decisions effectively to clients and stakeholders
