Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and promotion of internal human resources systems integrating compliance, safety, and risk management features
- Stay updated on industry trends, conduct research on relevant products, and continually enhance all system components
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to analyze business efficiency, establish robust processes, and enhance delivery quality and efficiency
Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Finance, Human Resources, or Management, with at least 3 years of experience in building Human Resources systems with international compliance standards
- Proficient in internal data compliance, data security, and fostering a compliance-oriented culture within the organization
- Fluent in English and Chinese for effective communication
- Strong business acumen and capability to collaborate across departments and regions to develop innovative, holistic solutions
- Excellent logical thinking and communication skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach to teamwork
