(Senior)Product Manager, Trading

Our team is seeking Product Managers to lead the development and execution of product initiatives. In this role, you will have the opportunity to architect and manage an industry-changing platform focused on transforming the way we handle money. You will drive impact across our global footprint by launching new products and features. Collaboration with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and other cross-functional team members will be key as we work together to deliver remarkable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the team's roadmap, milestones, and strategic priorities
• Define and document product features, conduct user studies, and gather feedback for iteration
• Manage the product backlog, work with QA to create test plans, and ensure timely product releases
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and build empathy
• Prioritize initiatives and make tradeoffs when necessary
• Conduct market research and analysis
• Represent the team in communication with cross-functional teams
• Manage specific features within a product line

Requirements

• Utilize data to inform product decisions and prioritize user needs
• Showcase a passion for creating outstanding customer-facing products and experiences
• Have experience in successfully launching and iterating on software or financial products at scale
• Demonstrate leadership skills, taking initiative and driving results
• Collaborate effectively with designers, engineers, QA, marketing, compliance, and growth teams
• Possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Preferred domain knowledge in retail trading or gamification
• Approach work and interactions with humility and respect
