Offchain Labs is currently seeking an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our trailblazing blockchain technology team. We are looking for a candidate with a deep technical understanding and a knack for marketing, ideally with strong roots in the crypto world. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for connecting our innovative products with the developer community, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing and playing a significant role in establishing our presence in the blockchain market. The successful candidate will lead a dynamic product marketing team, overseeing team development and spearheading strategic initiatives to enhance our market share.
The ideal candidate will be tasked with creating and executing comprehensive marketing strategies for Offchain Labs' main products, including Arbitrum Nitro, Arbitrum Orbit, and future feature updates. Responsibilities:
- Create targeted campaigns to attract businesses and developers to leverage Offchain Labs products
- Develop compelling messaging and manage full campaigns for core products, crafting developer materials along the marketing cycle (awareness, education, engagement)
- Lead and guide a product marketing team, overseeing team development and strategic projects for increased market visibility
- Analyze and report on the performance of product marketing initiatives, utilizing insights to optimize strategies
- Collaborate with subject matter experts in developing digital content across diverse platforms (written, video, animation, etc.)
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to comprehend the product roadmap and content requirements for releases
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer demands to ensure the relevance and efficiency of our product marketing strategies
Requirements:
- Experience: Over 7 years in a relevant Product Marketing Manager role or similar technical capacity
- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, computer science, or equivalent field experience
- Industry Experience: Proven track record of crafting go-to-market campaigns for production-grade software, particularly aimed at a developer audience
- Blockchain Enthusiast: A strong interest and/or knowledge in blockchain technology
