Responsibilities
System Design & API Development: Design systems and APIs that power our software, with a focus on high-performance applications.
Technical Leadership: Define, develop, and evolve software in a fast-paced, agile environment using modern technologies and infrastructure.
Coding & Testing: Write clean, high-quality code and create testing strategies to ensure performance and functionality.
Collaboration: Work closely with product management to translate vision into user stories, ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables.
Mentorship: Lead and mentor engineers, guiding technical discussions to enhance team skills and technical approach.
Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve bugs efficiently, collaborating across teams as needed.

Requirements
Educational Background: Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field.
Experience: 6+ years in full stack development, with a primary focus on Node.js and React.
Technical Proficiency:
Backend: Mastery of Node.js and NestJS, with a deep understanding of architectural principles.
Frontend: Extensive experience with React and Redux for client-side development.
Databases: Strong knowledge of relational databases and schema management.
Cloud & DevOps: Extensive experience with AWS, plus familiarity with Terraform and Kubernetes.
Language Skills: Fluent English (C1), with Russian preferred.
Soft Skills: Excellent collaborator, transparent communicator, proactive in seeking feedback, and skilled in estimation and delivering on engineering tasks.
Curiosity & Learning: Naturally inquisitive with a desire to continuously improve and expand your technical skill set.

Job Summary
We're looking for a talented Full Stack Engineer who excels in creating robust, scalable, and efficient web applications. Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack web applications using modern technologies
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand requirements and create solutions
Implement scalable backend services using Node.js, Express, or similar frameworks

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 3 years of experience in full-stack development
Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
Experience with modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue.js, or similar)
Strong understanding of backend technologies (Node.js, Express, etc.)
Familiarity with databases (MongoDB, MySQL, etc.) and ORM tools
Knowledge of RESTful APIs and GraphQL
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
Version control experience with Git

This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong technical background in microservices architecture and experience in people management. As a Tech Lead, you will play a key role in guiding our development team, managing technical projects, and driving our product to the next level.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership:
Oversee the architecture, development, and deployment of applications using .NET and React.
Ensure technical standards and best practices are adhered to in all development processes.
Provide expert-level guidance on microservices architecture, ensuring efficient and reliable service design.
Team & People Management:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers, supporting their technical and professional growth.
Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, facilitating smooth communication across remote team members.
Manage and assign tasks, track project progress, and ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
Full-Stack Development:
Actively participate in coding and development as needed, especially in complex areas that require expert knowledge.

Cloud & DevOps Integration:

Required Skills & Experience
.NET Expert (7+ years): Advanced understanding and experience with .NET Core/.NET 5+, RESTful services, and related .NET frameworks.
React Expert (5+ years): Proficiency in building modern frontend applications, handling state management, and optimizing performance.
Microservices Architecture: Proven experience in designing and deploying microservices-based systems, ensuring scalability, fault tolerance, and high availability.
People Management: Strong background in managing teams, with demonstrated experience in leadership, task delegation, and mentoring.
Azure: Knowledge of Azure cloud services, including Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) is a plus.
Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes, with the ability to effectively manage sprints, backlogs, and retrospectives.
