About the Role
Join our team of dedicated professionals as a key player in shaping the future of electronic trading at Flipster. As a Senior Software Engineer (Backend), you will be instrumental in designing and developing cutting-edge micro-service-based trading system components. Role Responsibilities
- Design and develop micro-service based electronic trading system components from scratch.
- Implement features and enhancements to products effectively, securely, and with optimum performance.
Experience and Qualifications
- Proficient in Python programming and willingness to learn new technologies, with Rust experience considered a bonus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in fundamental algorithms, system design, and large distributed systems.
- Strong skills in designing fault-tolerant software.
- Thorough understanding of computer architecture and networks.
- Familiarity with software engineering best practices, Agile methodologies, and building scalable systems.
- Experience delivering real-time data over the web.
