Opportunity Details:

We are looking for a dedicated Fraud Risk Specialist with expertise in risk analytics to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong data analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of payment systems and associated risks. In this role, you will be crucial in identifying potential risks, bridging operational gaps, and implementing strategies to mitigate these risks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze payment transaction data to detect trends, patterns, and anomalies indicating payment risks.
• Conduct root cause analysis on payment disputes, chargebacks, and other risk incidents to identify issues and implement corrective measures.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to translate operational needs into data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.
• Monitor fraud risk operational KPIs, provide regular reports on metrics and trends.
• Stay abreast of industry regulations, best practices, and emerging trends in payment risk management.
• Develop and implement data visualization techniques to communicate payment risk insights clearly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Experience in data analysis within the crypto, banking, financial, or fintech sector.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages for data manipulation.
• Fluency in Mandarin is beneficial for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to make data-driven recommendations.
• Capacity to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
