As a Security Engineer with the Technology Governance & Compliance team, you will oversee and drive multiple initiatives aimed at enhancing our security protocols on a global scale. Responsibilities
Maintain solutions to ensure continuous compliance with industry security standards and regulations.
Handle third-party security assessments and responses to regulatory inquiries.
Develop procedures to address security and compliance inquiries from various stakeholders.
Implement tools for automating processes and workflows to scale security objectives efficiently.
Lead cross-functional security initiatives in APAC region, collaborating with different departments.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in executing scalable security, risk, and compliance initiatives.
Entrepreneurial mindset to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills to translate technical security requirements into understandable terms.
Strong cross-functional leadership skills.
Prior exposure to ISO27001, SOC 1/2, NIST 800-53, or similar compliance guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications
CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent security certification.
Experience with GRC tools or implementations.

Position Overview
We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to join our core team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in constructing crucial, cutting-edge infrastructure for the Solana ecosystem. Systems & Infrastructure Engineering
Design and maintain high-performance Linux systems for transaction processing and block building.
Utilize virtualization and isolation technologies (KVM, QEMU, TEEs).
Debug and enhance the interaction between user-space systems and the Linux kernel.
Analyze CPU performance, memory management, I/O operations, and scheduling under real-world workloads.
Performance Engineering
Develop high-performance systems for processing and analyzing on-chain data.
Optimize critical pathways within our infrastructure and Solana core (Agave & Firedancer) to reduce latency and boost throughput.
Create new tools for monitoring and enhancing network efficiency.
Enhance system reliability through thoughtful design, observability, and fault isolation.
Contribute performance enhancements upstream (Solana / OS / QEMU components).
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of systems-level programming in C, C++, or Rust with proficiency in Rust.
Extensive experience in Linux systems engineering and performance-critical infrastructure.
In-depth knowledge of profiling and tracing tools such as perf, flamegraphs, and eBPF.
Experience in debugging network performance using tools like tcpdump, Wireshark, and packet capture analysis.
Familiarity with CPU microarchitecture considerations including cache behavior, branch prediction, and NUMA.

SALARY: $200,000 - $230,000 per year (Salary offered will be based on experience)
