About the Team
Our Technology Governance team plays a crucial role in providing security guidance to all entities within our organization globally. By collaborating with various teams within the company, they ensure compliance with global regulations and work towards achieving shared objectives. This team closely collaborates with compliance and legal departments to interpret and adhere to global requirements specific to licensing and regional mandates.
About the Opportunity

As a Security Engineer with the Technology Governance & Compliance team, you will oversee and drive multiple initiatives aimed at enhancing our security protocols on a global scale. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to spearhead cross-functional endeavors that elevate the security standards of all our products and services.
Responsibilities
Maintain solutions to ensure continuous compliance with industry security standards and regulations.
Handle third-party security assessments and responses to regulatory inquiries.
Develop procedures to address security and compliance inquiries from various stakeholders.
Implement tools for automating processes and workflows to scale security objectives efficiently.
Lead cross-functional security initiatives in APAC region, collaborating with different departments.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in executing scalable security, risk, and compliance initiatives.
Entrepreneurial mindset to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills to translate technical security requirements into understandable terms.
Strong cross-functional leadership skills.
Prior exposure to ISO27001, SOC 1/2, NIST 800-53, or similar compliance guidelines.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese preferred for collaboration purposes.
Preferred Qualifications
CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent security certification.
Experience with GRC tools or implementations.
Previous involvement with crypto platforms is a plus.
