Talent Acquisition Specialist (6 months contract)

We are seeking a skilled Recruiter to support our global growth efforts, with a particular focus on corporate and business-related hiring such as Customer Service, Compliance, and Operations.

The Recruiter will play a vital role in attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent while fostering a solid talent pipeline and establishing strong relationships with business partners. This full-time fixed-term remote contract position is initially for 6 months, with a possibility of extension, although not guaranteed. Candidates from different locations within APAC time zones are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, coordinating hiring stages, and negotiating job offers.
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey, right from initial contact to onboarding.
• Collaborate closely with internal HR teams and hiring managers to enhance recruitment processes continuously.
• Spearhead or participate in Human Resources projects and initiatives.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date recruiting databases.
• Establish and nurture a pipeline of high-quality talent through various strategies such as community networking, engagement with universities, participation in job fairs, and sustained communication with potential candidates.

Qualifications

• 3-6+ years of recruitment experience, preferably within reputable internet companies or agencies.
• Prior exposure to talent acquisition within Web3/Crypto companies is advantageous.
• Proficiency in both written and verbal English communication.
• Familiarity with contemporary sourcing and selection techniques.
• Experience in market mapping for either the global or Asian markets.
• Proven track record of meeting challenging hiring targets.
• Strong stakeholder management, relationship-building, and consultative skills.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Positive attitude towards cryptocurrencies.
