Tech Lead - Crypto & AI (Ecuador-Remote)

Token Metrics, a prominent AI-driven crypto research platform, is currently looking for a skilled Tech Lead to join its expanding team. The chosen candidate will oversee technical projects, guide developers, and participate in the architecture and development of an innovative cryptocurrency analytics platform.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of full-stack developers in promoting technical excellence and innovation
• Design and deploy scalable solutions utilizing React, Node.js, and cloud services (GCP/AWS)
• Promote the adoption of best practices to boost team efficiency and product quality
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to outline technical requirements and plans
• Actively contribute to code development, reviews, and technical documentation
• Ensure high-quality code and maintain coding standards within the team
• Lead in designing systems for new features and enhancements
• Conduct thorough peer reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends within the cryptocurrency and blockchain sectors

Requirements

• Proven background as a Senior Full Stack Developer, demonstrating a history of delivering top-notch software products
• Extensive expertise in React, Node.js, and cloud platforms like GCP or AWS
• Strong system design abilities for crafting complex and scalable solutions
• Skilled in upholding high code quality standards and applying consistent coding styles
• Proficient in conducting peer reviews and offering constructive feedback
• Understanding of DORA metrics and a record of being a leading contributor in high-performance development teams
• Active annual Github contributions, showing ongoing involvement in open-source or personal projects
• Sound grasp of software architecture principles and design patterns
• Excellent communication and leadership skills for mentoring junior developers
• Enthusiasm for cryptocurrency and blockchain technology
