Description
Token Metrics, a leading AI-driven crypto research platform, is looking for an experienced Tech Lead to join our expanding team. As a Tech Lead, you will oversee technical initiatives, guide developers, and contribute to the architecture and development of our state-of-the-art cryptocurrency analytics platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers, promoting technical excellence and innovation
- Design and implement scalable solutions using React, Node.js, and cloud platforms
- Advocate for best practices to augment team performance and product quality
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define technical requirements and roadmaps
- Actively contribute to code development, reviews, and technical documentation
- Ensure high code quality and coding style consistency across the team
- Lead system design efforts for new features and enhancements
- Conduct thorough peer reviews and offer constructive feedback to team members
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in the cryptocurrency and blockchain sectors
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience as a Senior Full Stack Developer with a proven track record of delivering top-notch software products
- Extensive proficiency in React, Node.js, and cloud platforms like GCP or AWS
- Strong system design abilities for architecting complex and scalable solutions
- Expertise in maintaining high code quality standards and enforcing consistent coding styles
- Substantial experience in conducting peer reviews and providing constructive feedback
- Familiarity with DORA metrics and a history of excellence within high-performing development teams
- Active annual Github contributions reflecting engagement with open-source or personal projects
- Sound grasp of software architecture principles and design patterns
- Excellent communication and leadership skills for mentoring junior developers
- Enthusiasm for cryptocurrency and blockchain technology
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with AI/ML technologies and data-driven applications
- Knowledge of cryptocurrency protocols and blockchain ecosystems
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies
- Proficiency in DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Track record of implementing and maintaining coding standards and best practices
