Tech Lead - Crypto & AI (Greece -Remote)

Token Metrics, a leading AI-driven crypto research platform, is looking for an experienced Tech Lead to join our expanding team. As a Tech Lead, you will oversee technical initiatives, guide developers, and contribute to the architecture and development of our state-of-the-art cryptocurrency analytics platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers, promoting technical excellence and innovation
• Design and implement scalable solutions using React, Node.js, and cloud platforms
• Advocate for best practices to augment team performance and product quality
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define technical requirements and roadmaps
• Actively contribute to code development, reviews, and technical documentation
• Ensure high code quality and coding style consistency across the team
• Lead system design efforts for new features and enhancements
• Conduct thorough peer reviews and offer constructive feedback to team members
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in the cryptocurrency and blockchain sectors

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience as a Senior Full Stack Developer with a proven track record of delivering top-notch software products
• Extensive proficiency in React, Node.js, and cloud platforms like GCP or AWS
• Strong system design abilities for architecting complex and scalable solutions
• Expertise in maintaining high code quality standards and enforcing consistent coding styles
• Substantial experience in conducting peer reviews and providing constructive feedback
• Familiarity with DORA metrics and a history of excellence within high-performing development teams
• Active annual Github contributions reflecting engagement with open-source or personal projects
• Sound grasp of software architecture principles and design patterns
• Excellent communication and leadership skills for mentoring junior developers
• Enthusiasm for cryptocurrency and blockchain technology

• Experience with AI/ML technologies and data-driven applications
• Knowledge of cryptocurrency protocols and blockchain ecosystems
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies
