As a Tech Lead, you will oversee technical initiatives, guide developers, and contribute to the architecture and development of our state-of-the-art cryptocurrency analytics platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers, promoting technical excellence and innovation
- Design and implement scalable solutions using React, Node.js, and cloud platforms

Requirements:

- Expertise in maintaining high code quality standards and enforcing consistent coding styles
- Substantial experience in conducting peer reviews and providing constructive feedback
- Familiarity with DORA metrics and a history of excellence within high-performing development teams
- Active annual Github contributions reflecting engagement with open-source or personal projects
- Sound grasp of software architecture principles and design patterns
- Excellent communication and leadership skills for mentoring junior developers
- Enthusiasm for cryptocurrency and blockchain technology
