The ideal candidate will have the primary responsibility of spearheading technical projects, guiding developers, and playing a key role in the architecture and development of our state-of-the-art cryptocurrency analytics platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and guide a team of full-stack developers toward fostering a culture centered on technical excellence and innovation
- Design and implement scalable solutions utilizing React, Node.js, and cloud platforms like GCP/AWS
- Advocate for the adoption of best practices, including DORA metrics, to elevate team performance and product quality
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to delineate technical requirements and roadmap

Requirements:
