Tech Lead - Crypto & AI (Jakarta - Remote)

Token Metrics, a prominent AI-driven crypto research platform, is in search of a seasoned Tech Lead to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have the primary responsibility of spearheading technical projects, guiding developers, and playing a key role in the architecture and development of our state-of-the-art cryptocurrency analytics platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide a team of full-stack developers toward fostering a culture centered on technical excellence and innovation
• Design and implement scalable solutions utilizing React, Node.js, and cloud platforms like GCP/AWS
• Advocate for the adoption of best practices, including DORA metrics, to elevate team performance and product quality
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to delineate technical requirements and roadmap
• Actively contribute to code development, conduct code reviews, and create technical documentation
• Ensure stringent code quality standards and consistent coding styles within the team
• Oversee system design endeavors for new features and enhancements
• Engage in thorough peer reviews and offer constructive feedback to team members
• Keep abreast of emerging technologies and trends within the cryptocurrency and blockchain domain

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience as a Senior Full Stack Developer, showcasing a track record in delivering top-notch software products
• Extensive proficiency in React, Node.js, and cloud platforms such as GCP or AWS
• Robust system design capabilities to architect intricate, scalable solutions
• Expertise in upholding high code quality standards and implementing uniform coding styles
• Substantial experience in conducting peer reviews and providing constructive feedback
• Acquaintance with DORA metrics and a solid history of substantial contributions within high-performing development teams
• Active annual contributions on GitHub, illustrating ongoing involvement with open-source or personal projects
