Description
The Quant Trading team oversees the trading and risk management of various crypto products, involving spot and derivatives transactions. The team is tasked with creating and executing trading strategies in dynamic and intricate trading environments.
The team is responsible for monitoring the real-time status of risk, profit and loss, funding, and system health. They handle trading hedging, reporting, parameter updates, and perform post-trade analysis of trading strategies and algorithm performance. Additionally, they focus on optimizing workflow and enhancing operational efficiency by collaborating with quant traders, developers, and risk managers to improve pricing, execution, and booking logic.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain vigilance over risk, profit and loss, funding, and system health in real-time.
- Manage trading hedging, reporting, parameter updates.
- Analyze trading strategies and algorithm performance post-trade.
- Enhance workflow efficiency and operational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with quant traders, developers, and risk managers to refine pricing, execution, and booking logic.
Job Requirements
- Possess a Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline from renowned international universities.
- At least 1 year of experience in trading.
- Familiarity with Python and a willingness to enhance technical skills.
- Strong analytical capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to perform effectively under high-pressure circumstances.
