About the Role:
Limit Break is seeking a proficient Unity Level Integrator to join our skilled team of developers. This role involves collaborating on a stimulating new IP to craft an engaging gaming experience. An opportunity awaits for an industrious individual to contribute to shaping engineering applications in Web3 and blockchain technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Integrate 3D assets, animations, VFX, sound, and Unity components utilizing Unity editor-based tools to create immersive levels and experiences.
- Work closely with game designers, artists, and engineers to ensure a unified game experience.
- Establish and share best practice documentation, along with template reference prefabs, to accelerate level production.
- Uphold content pipelines and technical guidelines for superior level integration in a large-scale game.
- Continuously seek and propose enhancements in level design processes and tools.
- Program custom behaviors utilizing Unity components.
Qualifications:
- A B.S. in Game Design, Computer Science, Technical Art, or related fields is preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Possess at least 2 years of game development experience concentrating on 3D level design or technical art in Unity.
- Demonstrated proficiency in assembling and integrating 3D models, animations, VFX, audio, and interactive elements within Unity.
- Strong knowledge of Unity prefabs and prefab variants.
- Competency in utilizing Unity editor tools for level design and implementation.
- Hands-on experience with Unity Timeline, Mecanim, Animator Controllers, and other Unity assets and components.
- Proficient in Git.
- Strong attention to aesthetic details and a fervor for creating visually appealing game environments.
- Track record of collaborative teamwork and effective communication in medium-large engineering teams.
- Demonstrate initiative, ownership, and problem-solving acumen.

- Enthusiasm for mobile games and possessing strong game design instincts.
- Solid grasp of and ability to tweak VFX, lighting, and other assets when necessary.
- Robust technical implementation skills coupled with scripting experience.
