**Role Join Limit Break's innovative team as a Unity Engineer to lead an exciting new project in developing a cutting-edge, mid-core, 3D mobile game from concept to reality. Work closely with a dynamic team to shape and refine the game prototype, collaborate with leads, and coordinate the scaling of the team from pre-production to full production.

Responsibilities: What you'll do
- Design, implement, and maintain robust gameplay systems using Unity (C#).
- Collaborate with designers and artists to bring game features to life.
- Create modular, data-driven systems in Unity that can adapt to live changes in configuration and content.
- Coordinate with the backend team to ensure seamless client-server communication.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and mentor junior developers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance, crashes, and build size issues using Unity's profiling tools.
- Take ownership of features from concept to final polish to ensure highest quality.
Qualifications: Who you are and what you've done
- Minimally 8 years of game development experience, with at least 5 years working in Unity.
- Proficient in Unity and C#, with a strong grasp of engine lifecycle.
- Experience delivering live service games targeting mobile using Unity.
- Comfortable working within an extensive Unity codebase, extending existing systems with minimal disruption.
- Proactive mindset with a track record of feature ownership from inception to completion.
- Deep understanding of Unity's architecture and best practices for MonoBehaviours, ScriptableObjects, Prefabs, and Addressables.
- Ability to work independently but also collaborate effectively with engineers, designers, and artists.
Nice to have: Ideal candidate
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese.
- Knowledge of backend technologies such as GoLang, Redis, SQL, and Docker.
- Previous experience with Free-to-play game titles.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
