This isn’t your average internship.
At Rarible, Partner Marketing Interns are at the heart of collaboration, working side by side with artists and brands to co-create campaigns that bridge communities and spark innovation in the NFT space. You’ll play a pivotal role in our partner marketing team, developing strategies that amplify these partnerships, drive engagement, & push the envelope on creativity. This is your chance to make a substantial impact at Rarible and gain incredible experience in the process.
What You Can Expect
Orientation Week: Immerse & Connect. Dive into Rarible’s culture & the web3 & NFT ecosystem. Familiarize with Rarible's platforms, team, and tools. Get connected with the marketing team - your new coworkers.
First Month: Strategy & Collaboration
Work closely with artists & partners to craft engaging social media announcements that resonate with our combined audiences.
Begin the strategic planning of joint marketing campaigns, focusing on shared goals and leveraging mutual strengths.
Engage with both Rarible’s and our partners’ communities, tapping into their ecosystems & sparking excitement with their users.
Second Month: Execution & Engagement
Launch and manage marketing campaigns with our artists and partners.
Create social media content that highlights our artists & partnerships & their value to the community.
Create new creative ways to drive engagement across communities.
Third Month: Analysis & Optimization
Analyze the performance of partnership campaigns - what went well & what could have gone better.
Utilize insights to learn & refine campaigns and create innovative approaches for future collaborations.
Work alongside partners to adapt and evolve our co-marketing efforts, nurturing relationships and driving growth.
Final Month: Innovation & Impact
Spearhead a new initiative with a partner, aiming to raise the bar higher and capture attention in the NFT space.

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. The compensation package will be in the range of $15-$25 per hour. Final offer amount will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by multiple factors, including years and depth of experience and expertise, location and other business considerations.

🛠 Role Overview
As a Senior Back End Developer on our Protocol Team, you'll be diving deep into the intricacies of the Rarible Protocol — our tailored toolkit designed for web3 developers. This protocol empowers them to establish rich NFT applications, safely trade NFTs, and pull consistent and full data about NFTs. 
Your expertise will be channeled into developing backend services, drawing state information from blockchain and other sources, and integrating it seamlessly into our internal database. Ensuring data reliability and consistency will be a pivotal challenge.
** Ideally this person would be open to hybrid working at our office in Lisbon, but we are also open to candidates in Europe who wish to work remotely**

What You’ll Do
Craft compelling messages to position Gelato as the premier Ethereum Rollup-as-a-Service solution. Drive awareness and adoption by showcasing Gelato values to builders and users.
Proactively research the market to identify new relevant product narratives such as modular and re-staking, and position Gelato at the forefront of these narratives by researching market narratives and creating engaging highly relevant content.
Master web3 native distribution channels to get Gelato’s core narratives to the right target audience
Work closely with our strategic RaaS clients across their development lifecycle, proactively helping them with general execution and go-to-market by coordinating and creating launch blog posts, tweets, and press releases supporting them with chain launches.
Work directly with infrastructure providers (RPC providers, Bridges, Wallets, SDK teams, etc.) and application teams across the ecosystem to create joint go-to-market content and build deep marketing relationships
Build, organize, and execute product launches and initiatives. Ensure successful messaging and narratives for website updates, thorough documentation, effective communication, and appeal to the right audiences
Who You Are:
Relevant experience as a Product Marketing Manager or Product Manager, with demonstrated experience in a client-facing role
A curious individual with a strong passion for and understanding of blockchain technologies focusing on infrastructure, ideally an active user of on-chain applications with an understanding of ecosystem trends.
You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and are comfortable influencing both internal and external teams in a professional setting
Prior expertise in creating engaging user-centric content focused on product and technical features, drilling down into the technical concepts while stewarding business priorities
A flexible and reliable team member, comfortable taking ownership and navigating ambiguity
You have a degree in Computer Science, Finance and/or Economics, or experience contributing to software products as shown through individual projects or other work
Experience at a high-growth technology company or software startup is strongly preferred
