About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Technical SEO Marketing Manager to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in driving growth by strategically managing SEO, collaborating with development teams for site optimization, and crafting effective landing pages across multiple channels. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of leveraging SEO for profitability, possess strong technical skills to collaborate with developers effectively, and demonstrate creativity in building high-converting landing pages.

This role will report to the Director of Growth and will involve working as an individual contributor.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO and content strategy to boost organic traffic and drive conversions.
Manage the blog, including enhancing existing content, coordinating with content creators, conducting keyword research, analyzing performance, and identifying optimization opportunities.
Track and report on vital SEO metrics like rankings, traffic, and conversions.
Collaborate with the development team to implement technical SEO suggestions and site enhancements for improved user experience and conversion rates.
Partner with marketing channel owners to create tailored landing pages that meet their specific requirements.
Conduct A/B tests and assess performance data to optimize landing page conversion rates.

Requirements

2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO strategy and execution.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
Solid understanding of technical SEO principles, including website architecture, HTML, and structured data.
Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, FullStory, SEMrush, or ahrefs.
Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Dato) and website optimization tools.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop creative marketing solutions.
Experience with landing page builders, A/B testing tools, and Google Tag Manager would be advantageous.

For CO, NY, CA, and WA residents, the salary range is $104,000-130,000 with up to a 25% Bonus and Equity. Actual compensation may vary based on individual candidate experience and location.
