Web3 Community Manager, Ambassador Lead

We are currently looking for a Web3 Community Manager to oversee the Ambassador Program, and drive the growth of Avalanche. As the Ambassador Lead, you will be responsible for building and scaling Avalanche's Ambassador Program, with a focus on organizing impactful events and fostering community engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and expand the Ambassador Program for Avalanche
• Lead and manage the community of ambassadors
• Recruit, activate, and retain ambassadors
• Create and implement ambassador campaigns to trigger specific Avalanche activities
• Organize and execute impactful events to raise awareness and encourage community involvement
• Represent Avalanche at various industry events and forums
• Manage DAO operations
• Create engaging content on social media platforms and other channels
• Provide the latest program updates and activities to community managers and moderators
• Offer reports on program progress, engagement, and feedback

Requirements:

• At least 1+ years of experience running an Ambassador program
• Deep understanding of Web3, DeFi, Gaming, or Trading/Alpha culture, with bonus points for connections for partnerships and collaborations
• Active and rewarded participation in at least 1 ambassador program
• Prior experience leading community and growth activities for successful projects
• Knowledgeable about marketing and communication strategies that drive growth
• Thrives in a fast-paced work environment
• Comfortable working in a fully remote team
• Proficient in written and verbal English communication skills

Salary Range: $68,000 to $85,000_ (Final offer amount may vary based on experience and geographic location.)
