Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Executive Assistant. As an Executive Assistant, you will provide critical administrative support our CEO, including but not limited to scheduling, organizing, and prioritizing time and tasks. Other responsibilities may include managing email communications, maintaining databases and documents, organizing travel arrangements, and supporting various projects as assigned by the executive(s) you support. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to function well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Microsoft word and spreadsheets or Google Docs
Must be familiar with chatGPT or other general AI tools
Must have travel experience to know how handle itinerary, visa arrangements etc
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ability to multitask, and work on various projects simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with scheduling and travel arrangements
Ability to work with minimal supervision, and maintain confidentiality
Experience with social media management is a plus
Experience with working remotely and/or with remote teams is a plus
Exeperience with cryptocurrecy is a plus
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and diverse groups of people
