Brave is seeking a seasoned Senior Software Engineer specialized in blockchain integrations for the Brave Wallet. In this role, you will collaborate with product designers, developers, and privacy/security experts to enhance our wallet functionality significantly.
Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with the backend team to enhance components in our wallet libraries.
Implement new features in brave-core to facilitate live data linkage by the front-end team.
Stay updated on protocol upgrades and investigate blockchain edge case bugs.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in application development.
Proficient in C++ development; knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript is a bonus.
History of contributing to open-source projects.
Understanding of blockchain protocols like Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, and DeFi ecosystem is advantageous.
Familiarity with cryptocurrency wallet mechanics and UX.
