Key Responsibilities:

Oversee operational and trading matters within a major trading book while evaluating trading data and market trends.

Collaborate with trading and middle-office teams for trade reconciliation and with the BD team to provide tailored client solutions.

Coordinate with exchange partners on trade-related requirements and technical issues.

Contribute to the enhancement of existing trading strategies and develop new ones.

Engage in client-centric tasks by solving problems and supporting clients in achieving their goals.

Research and strategize on crypto projects.

Develop automation tools and models for daily activities.

Contribute to Trading, Defi, OTC, and Ventures operations in alignment with business objectives.

Candidate Requirements:

Must be willing to work during North American hours, located in the Americas (excluding US) or Europe.

Interest and knowledge in the cryptocurrency/DeFi space is highly preferred.

Proficiency in Python coding is mandatory.

Sound technical understanding of trading algorithms.

Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Able to cooperate across time zones and with the Asia desk.

Experience in HFT, crypto-native firms, or related fields advantageous.

Familiarity with crypto projects and trading on CeFi or DeFi is a plus.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Trader to join our Arbitrage team, covering the US timezone to facilitate around-the-clock trading. This position entails working remotely from either North America or Europe. As a valuable member of the trading desk, the Trader will report directly to a senior trader within the company.
