As the hotspots are being used by a growing populated users on daily bases that which is quite heterogeneous, their usability is becoming ever more important and the network performance are regularly being subjected to constant QoS threats of network performance (such as low bandwidth, slow response time, packet loss, delay, jitter and channel congestion). As hotspots can be accessed by a number of devices differing in their capabilities, size, and user interfaces, achieving good usability and utilization of the services is becoming totally full of challenges and embarrassments.
