Here is an example of a Telegram bot I develop and maintain. So this bot scans the Ethereum blockchain and identify newly created ERC20 tokens in real time, gathers some data and posts all that to a Telegram channel. It's done in 2 steps, first with all details the bot can get at the very moment the tokens are created, then a few minutes later, an update is posted with some more details including honey pot status and social links if available.
