Amrita — trilingual spa website with Telegram booking (Belgrade, Serbia)

Live site: amritamassage.com A massage studio in Belgrade serving three audiences — Russian, Serbian and English speakers — with nobody sitting on the phone. What I built: • Three full language versions (/, /sr/, /en/) with correct hreflang, each indexed separately • Live booking slots the owner manages herself • Booking requests delivered instantly into a Telegram bot, so nothing is missed • Own domain with SSL, mobile-first layout, fast load Result: a production site in three languages, enquiries arriving in the owner's messenger, and a schedule she runs without me. Stack: HTML/CSS/JS, Python Telegram bot, hosting, DNS and SSL setup.

Polaris Fix — trilingual electronics repair website (Nha Trang, Vietnam)

Live site: polarisfix.com A repair service in Nha Trang serving three audiences at once — Vietnamese, Russian and English speakers. The brief: one site that serves all three and does not read like a translation. What I built: • Three complete language versions with a language splash screen and correct hreflang, each indexed separately • Dark, technical design that matches the trade • Prices and turnaround times per device type, so customers self-qualify before they write • Enquiry form landing in the owner's messenger • Mobile-first layout, since almost all traffic is phones Result: one production site working in three languages, each version indexed on its own.

Kluchmaster24 — emergency locksmith site, one-tap call (Moscow region)

Live site: kluchmaster24.ru Emergency locksmith work: people decide in seconds, on a phone, often at night. The site has to open instantly and lead to a call with no detours. What I built: • First screen built around a single action — call now • Phone number pinned and clickable on every screen, with messengers as alternatives • Prices and arrival time shown immediately, no form in the way • PageSpeed 89/100, analytics with a goal on the call • Privacy policy, consent and cookie notice for local data-protection law Result: launched in production; the client owns the domain, hosting and every access credential.

Magnit — service centre website rebuild, PageSpeed 90 (Ulan-Ude)

Live site: magnit03.ru The old site opened slowly on phones and its structure did not answer the searches customers actually type. What I did: • Rebuilt from scratch in clean code, no CMS • Structure mapped to real local search demand • WebP images, critical CSS, font preloading — PageSpeed 90/100 • Enquiry form routed to the owner's messenger, analytics with goals • Legal pages and consent handling • Migration to new hosting; domain and all access transferred to the client Result: PageSpeed 90/100, a far better mobile experience, and a site the client fully owns.

D-Service — repair shop website: 1.1s load, requests into Telegram

Live site: diu-service.ru My own service business, and the project I use as a testing ground: whatever I recommend to clients, I run here first. What I built: • Fast static build — 1.1s load, PageSpeed 85-100 • Enquiry form delivering straight into a Telegram bot • Structured data (JSON-LD), llms.txt and an explicit crawler policy, so both search engines and AI assistants can read the site • Analytics with goals, plus contextual ad campaigns • Full legal and compliance pages Result: a site that produces enquiries instead of sitting still, and a reference build I reuse on client projects.

SEO audit and three stages of fixes for a curtains e-commerce site

Client: karnizy-i-shtory-na-zakaz.ru, a made-to-measure curtains and blinds shop. Work: a full technical and content SEO audit with a prioritised action plan, followed by three stages of implementation — I delivered the fixes myself rather than handing over a document. Covered: • Crawlability and indexing, robots and sitemap, redirects and duplicate handling • Page speed and Core Web Vitals • Titles, meta, headings and product page structure aimed at real search demand • Structured data (JSON-LD) and internal linking Result: audit and all three stages delivered and accepted; the client left a five-star review and came back with a larger follow-up order.
