We are seeking a detail-oriented and focused individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately entering and updating data into our systems. This role requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, as well as good organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and verify data in company databases and systems
- Review and correct any discrepancies or errors in data
- Ensure data integrity and security by following established procedures
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files
- Prepare and distribute reports as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to complete tasks and meet deadlines
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience with data entry, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
