I have experience writing and editing eLearning content for various industries. I have worked, at various times, as a writer, editor and QA specialist. I've also recorded scripts as a voice talent.
Most of my experience is in developing language teaching materials, but I have also developed eLearning modules, include scripts, for customer service (for the banking sector and for call centers), medical professionals, the engineering sector and the IT sector. I specialize in clear and simple content that is easy for the end user to understand. Although I'm British, I grew up in America and I'm familiar with both UK and US English.
