You send a product. I find the manufacturers in China that make it, filter out the resellers, and tell you which one to buy from and why.
Factory shortlist, $149, 4 days:
- 3 manufacturers that make your product, not trading companies
- Specs, listed price and minimum order (MOQ) side by side
- One pick with the reasons, plus the questions to ask the supplier before paying
- A PDF report and a spreadsheet
Two more packages (message me before ordering and I'll set the price):
- Supplier check, $59, 2 days. You already found a supplier. I check whether it is a factory or a trader, match its business license to the listing and look for red flags. Verdict: go, go with conditions, or walk away.
- Sourcing report, $290, 6 days. 5 manufacturers, each business license checked, price and MOQ requested from the suitable ones, everything reviewed including what didn't fit, one pick plus a backup.
Real case (see the portfolio images): a client needed a compact line to turn fabric waste into fiber for under $10k, with no engineers flown in from China. I reviewed 11 machines from 7 manufacturers and found that compact machines can't process fabric at all. The pick was two machines for $3,600–9,100, within budget. The client accepted the work with the review "very competent work".
Where I search: 1688, Alibaba and Made-in-China, reading listings in Chinese as well as English. Specs come from the factory's model table, not from the promo banner.
What I don't do:
- I don't visit factories. Everything is done from listings, records and written correspondence.
- I don't handle money for goods. You pay the factory and the carrier directly.
- I don't promise a target price before the factory quotes.
If I can't find a manufacturer for your product, I show what I found and why it doesn't fit, and refund the order.
To start, send a photo or a link, the quantity and a target price.
