Description:
We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and organized Web Development & Design Manager to lead a team of developers and designers in delivering projects related to websites and platforms in the cryptocurrency space.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage internal teams and/or external contractors for the development of web and crypto platform projects.
Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality and design standards.
Communicate and collaborate with vendors, designers, developers, and other stakeholders.
Oversee all project phases: planning, development, testing, and final delivery.
Provide regular updates on project status and propose solutions to improve processes and products.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a project manager or team lead in web development and design.
Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JS, modern frameworks) and blockchain/crypto platforms.
Ability to manage teams and external contractors, coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proactive, results-oriented, and strong problem-solving abilities.
