Cut 6 vertical short-form clips from one 60-min
About the task
We run a weekly webinar and the recordings just sit in Drive. We want to start turning each one into vertical clips for TikTok, Reels and Shorts. This job covers one recording — 6 clips. It's the first batch of something we intend to run regularly, so we're treating it as a real project, not a test.
What you'll deliver
- 6 vertical clips, 9:16, 1080×1920, MP4 / H.264
- Burned-in captions on every clip
- A hook frame at the start of each (text overlay, 1–2 seconds)
- The project file (.prproj or .drp) plus assets, so we can make small fixes ourselves later
Picking the moments is part of the job. We'll flag 2–3 segments we already like; the other 3–4 are your call. If you find something better than what we flagged, use it and tell us why.
Requirements
- Captions accurate and synced within ~0.2s, max 2 lines on screen
- Filler words and silences cut — no clip should carry more than 1.5s of dead air
- Our logo bottom-left, brand font supplied (kit shared in chat)
- Audio normalized to −14 LUFS, no peaks above −1 dBTP
- Music only if royalty-free, with a license link
Done means
Each clip works standalone — someone who never saw the webinar understands it. Captions readable on a phone at normal brightness. Nothing gets cut off by platform UI in the bottom 15% of frame.
How we'll run it
- You deliver clip 1 first (~day 2) so we can agree on the look.
- We approve or ask for changes within 24 hours.
- You produce the remaining 5 in the approved style.
The full 175 USDT is escrowed before you start clip 1 — the staging is about getting the style right early, not about holding your payment.
Revisions: 2 rounds included per clip. Changing the style after step 2 is approved counts as new scope, and we'd pay separately for it.
Budget and timeline
175 USDT fixed. 8 days from kickoff. Source file is a single MP4, ~1.4 GB, shared via Drive link.
About the follow-up work
Being specific instead of vague: we have roughly 40 recordings already sitting unused and we add one a week. If this batch works, we plan to run one batch a month at the same rate per clip. Nothing here obligates you to take those, and we're not asking you to price this batch against them.
