You'll also be responsible for overseeing the company's social media presence, which means you'll be communicating directly with customers via email, text messages, and Instagram stories. You'll learn how to use the various platforms effectively so that you can provide efficient customer service.
You'll have access to all the equipment necessary for this position—including computers with the latest software—as well as paid training from our team members who've been working here for years!

Maintain customer accounts and record account information. Oversee customer financial accounts and process customer adjustments. Make product recommendations or services to customers based on their needs and preferences.
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
