We’re looking for a consultation with an experienced Discord Community Manager to build an awesome community across our Discord channel. 
RESPONSIBILITIES 
Analyse current discord structure and community 
In partnership withmarketing and community management team work on new community structure
Manage execution of Nifty’s Discord marketing programs tailored to our community audience.
Establish a consistent presence on the company’s discord server to keep the dialog going and answer any community questions
Identify community growth and engagement opportunities based on conversation and trends
Manage community moderator Team and Workflow. Recruit, enable and manage a team of moderators to respond and interact with community members in a timely fashion
Manage and operate discord bots and automated features to create a scalable community experience
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS 
Proven work experience in Discord community building
Excellent verbal and written communication English skills
Understanding crypto, web3, play-2-earn mechanics 
Knowledge about Discord functional, bots

Role and Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will exhibit understanding about cryptocurrency transactions, familiar with or is able to quickly learn how to use crypto tax software ( e.g.QuickBooks online). 
Good customer service, a strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role.
Review client's crypto tax software account and provide review comments and suggest solution.
Help clients import crypto transactions into their crypto software account.
Perform account reconciliations.
Identify and fix issues in client's accounts.
Provide tax guidance to clients regarding different crypto transactions.
Research and document tax treatments for different crypto activities .
Manage your list of projects to make sure client reconciliations are completed in a timely manner.
Post Journal entries into QuickBooks for both traditional and crypto transactions.
Assist clients with their financial statement analysis.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Accounting.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
High level of skill with Excel
Can work independently and without supervision when required.
Proven organizational skills and the ability to maintain precise records.
