Assist consumers with their concerns and inquiries, provide them with information about available goods and services, collect orders, and handle returns.
Interact with customers who have inquiries, orders, or requests for information on items or services that they have bought from the company.
Provide solutions that are tailored to the specific circumstances of each unique client and put the customer's requirements first at every stage of the process.
Maintain customer accounts and record account information. Oversee customer financial accounts and process customer adjustments. Make product recommendations or services to customers based on their needs and preferences.
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
RATE 3 to 4$ per hour
We are a European based digital marketing agency and we are looking for a Virtual Assistant/Administrator for our team.
We are looking for someone with a very good level of written and spoken English (other languages would be good) who can deal with all administrative work (meeting notes, shared email inbox management, website message management, small budgeting tasks etc...). This individual needs to know how to use Microsoft Office tools as well as be available to work everyday 4-5 hours a day in the day for the European time zone.
As we are expanding our team, this is ideally a longer term position. The 100$ budget is what we want to pay weekly for this job. However, we do have other opportunities, if you work and fit in well in our team, we can give you more to do for more pay.
