Virtual Assistant needed

We're looking for an assistant to work at our office on a contract-to-hire basis. You'll be working with one of our senior executives and will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of their day-to-day operations, including scheduling meetings and events, maintaining calendars and files, and organizing correspondence.
You'll also be responsible for overseeing the company's social media presence, which means you'll be communicating directly with customers via email, text messages, and Instagram stories. You'll learn how to use the various platforms effectively so that you can provide efficient customer service.
You'll have access to all the equipment necessary for this position—including computers with the latest software—as well as paid training from our team members who've been working here for years!
