Job Description:
Attracting new web3 or igaming-web3 partners (Local bloggers, Youtube, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Streamers, media resources etc).
Negotiate strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth.
Accounting for existing partners, daily communication.
Scaling revenue.
Hiring and developing top performers and developing motivational programs to reward them
Collaborating with internal operations and creative teams
Monitoring and analyzing partner performance to determine effectiveness and profitability
Reporting to senior management
Localizing and adapting the product to market requirements
Requirements:
Experience in a similar or related position
Effective sales and negotiation skills
Determination and focus on results.
Fluent spoken and written English is essential; other languages are an advantage
Excellent analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and manage priorities
Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environment and respond quickly to ad-hoc requests

Develop deep relationships with partners both within and outside the crypto industry, including the project community, project founders and top VC
Manage and maintain a strong and continuous pipeline of interested prospects for listing
Represent and sell the Company's products/services in the global area
Accurately represent and state Company policies to all potential and present customers
Communicate with the Company at a reasonable frequency to discuss sales activity within the territory.

As a Listings Representative, you are expected to find listing opportunities (newly created tokens), uncover business pains, and summarize our value proposition to help prospects understand benefits of conducting their IDO (Initial DEX Offering) on our platform.
In this role, you will:

Compensation - One-time reward + Revenue share:
fixed 50$ in crypto per each new listing + 0.5% from the hardcap of the listed project if it conducts a successful IDO (average $450 per each successful IDO)
