Job Description:
- Attracting new web3 or igaming-web3 partners (Local bloggers, Youtube, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Streamers, media resources etc).
- Negotiate strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth.
- Accounting for existing partners, daily communication.
- Scaling revenue.
- Hiring and developing top performers and developing motivational programs to reward them
- Collaborating with internal operations and creative teams
- Monitoring and analyzing partner performance to determine effectiveness and profitability
- Reporting to senior management
- Localizing and adapting the product to market requirements
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar or related position
- Effective sales and negotiation skills
- Determination and focus on results.
- Fluent spoken and written English is essential; other languages are an advantage
- Excellent analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities
- Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environment and respond quickly to ad-hoc requests
