Country Manager

Job Description: 

• Attracting new web3 or igaming-web3 partners (Local bloggers, Youtube, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Streamers, media resources etc). 
• Negotiate strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth.
• Accounting for existing partners, daily communication.
• Scaling revenue.
• Hiring and developing top performers and developing motivational programs to reward them 
• Collaborating with internal operations and creative teams 
• Monitoring and analyzing partner performance to determine effectiveness and profitability
• Reporting to senior management
• Localizing and adapting the product to market requirements

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar or related position
• Effective sales and negotiation skills
• Determination and focus on results.
• Fluent spoken and written English is essential; other languages are an advantage
• Excellent analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities
• Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environment and respond quickly to ad-hoc requests
