We are looking for a Growth & Ecosystem Lead to help scale our AI-powered product and build strong relationships with users, partners, creators, and communities.
You will be responsible for developing growth strategies, building partnerships, expanding our user base, and creating initiatives that increase adoption and engagement.
What you’ll do:
Develop and execute growth strategies across different channels
Build and manage partnerships with creators, communities, and industry players
Identify new growth opportunities and expansion channels
Create and optimize user acquisition campaigns
Work closely with marketing, product, and business teams to improve user experience and retention
Build community-driven initiatives and engagement programs
Analyze growth metrics and turn insights into actionable strategies
Represent the company in external conversations, events, and partnerships
What we’re looking for:
3+ years of experience in growth, partnerships, business development, or ecosystem roles
Strong understanding of online communities and digital products
Experience building partnerships and managing external relationships
Ability to identify opportunities and move quickly in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics
Entrepreneurial mindset and ownership mentality
Nice to have:
Experience working with AI products, SaaS platforms, creator ecosystems, or emerging technologies
Experience growing online communities
Experience working with international audiences
