We are in need of a skilled Senior Props Concept Artist to join us on a major project called Seedworld Metaverse. This role involves creating new props like weapons and items that will be used by Seedworld characters in artistic ways.
Responsibilities
- Develop unique and effective props concepts that align with the art style of Seedworld.
- Research and draw inspiration from various sources to create captivating props designs.
- Utilize props to enhance storytelling and realism in the fictional world.
- Ensure design consistency and coherence with Seedworld's artistic style.
- Collaborate closely with the Art Department team to brainstorm ideas and refine props designs.
- Coordinate with Art Directors, Technical Artists, and Game Designers to understand technical requirements and optimize workflows.
- Actively engage in discussions, troubleshoot issues, and document work for clear communication within the team.
- Provide mentorship and support to junior artists and help in training if required.
Required Qualifications
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in props design in stylized art across different scales.
- Profound knowledge of weapon game art development technology, terminology, and techniques.
