3Zero UI Designer

At 3Zero and Exodus, we prioritize the user in everything we do. We focus on understanding our users' needs, behaviors, and emotions to inform our product strategy and design. We are seeking a talented UI Designer to join our team and contribute to creating a great user experience. As a UI Designer, you will be responsible for updating existing UI projects, creating designs that align with project objectives, and supporting development teams throughout the implementation process. Attention to detail, pixel-perfect design, and effective communication are paramount to success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Update existing UI projects based on team feedback.
• Create designs that align with project objectives and respond to feedback, analytics, and user testing.
• Establish UI design goals, priorities, and deliverables in line with company milestones.
• Work on a variety of projects, technologies, and devices.
• Support development teams throughout the implementation cycle.
• Communicate conceptual ideas and design rationale visually and verbally.
• Guide the creative process from ideation to final deliverable.

Requirements

• Proficiency in UI design.
• Experience with motion and interaction design (UI animation, micro-interaction, motion skills, 3D).
• Enjoy working in a collaborative environment.
• Detail-oriented and able to work well with project partners.
• Knowledge of design systems and proficiency in Figma components and styles.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with a keen eye for pixel-perfect designs using grids and layouts.
• Solid understanding of UX basics to address and solve UX problems.
• Systematic approach to design.
• Ability to simplify information architecture.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Passion for working with technology products.
• Portfolio showcasing your abilities and experiences.
• Reside in UTC +1 or UTC +2 time zones.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with prototyping tools such as Flinto and Protopie, in addition to Figma.
• Background in blockchain/crypto space.
