About this role in the team:
This position entails joining our team as an Account Manager to deliver exceptional client support. Responsibilities include client research, meeting preparation and participation, post-meeting activities management, compliance adherence, and identifying opportunities for business growth through upselling and cross-selling. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
Key Areas of Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive client research and meeting preparation, analyzing business models and related entities.
- Participate in client meetings, presenting tailored solutions and exploring potential collaborations.
- Oversee post-meeting activities, such as proposal compilation and internal coordination.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and stay updated on industry requirements.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities, understanding client needs and industry trends.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks, like onboarding new entities and updating records in Salesforce.
- Provide portfolio performance reports using Quicksight and Salesforce metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tackle challenges and develop strategic solutions.
- Engage in team strategy discussions, account delegation, and weekly planning sessions.
What we need:
- 5+ years of account management or Business Development experience in high-risk/crypto/payments/fintech sectors.
- Demonstrated success in maintaining client relationships and managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Proven negotiation skills with c-level executives in technical, compliance, legal, and commercial domains.
- Customer service experience with a keen interest in the crypto industry.
- Data-driven approach and willingness to travel.
