Description
Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with VIP clients within Binance’s comprehensive ecosystem, ensuring a personalized and top-tier client experience.
- Cultivate personal connections with clients, grasping their trading habits and service expectations to offer tailored support and account management for sustained engagement.
- Maintain high responsiveness to address client needs promptly, guaranteeing smooth communication and proficient resolution of account requirements.
- Enhance client retention, increase engagement, and expand wallet share through strategic account management and targeted solutions in line with client preferences.
- Act as a dependable point of contact for clients, educating them about Binance’s VIP program, platform features, updates, and services for optimized account performance.
- Identify business opportunities within Binance's product range by customizing offerings to match individual client demands across various product categories.
- Monitor client activity, analyze engagement patterns, and assess account performance to anticipate requirements, identify growth potential, and offer data-driven suggestions for enhancing client satisfaction.
- Provide comprehensive updates, account evaluations, and internal insights to showcase client progress, service necessities, risk factors, and growth prospects.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Product, Business Development, Compliance, Risk, and Operations to address client needs, solve challenges effectively, and amplify the overall VIP client experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in account management or sales within financial/trading sectors.
- Proficiency in product knowledge gained from roles in exchange/broker/trading organizations.
- Solid grasp of common trading strategies and business operations within trading firms.
- Strong client management abilities encompassing relationship building, client database maintenance, and promotion of client business activities.
- Excellent communication skills with adaptability across various scenarios.
- Familiarity with trading systems and API is advantageous.
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.
- Deep interest in the cryptocurrency field with industry experience being highly desirable.
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin to facilitate coordination with international partners.
