Ad-tech and Martech operations
Binance, a global blockchain ecosystem and cryptocurrency infrastructure provider, seeks a dynamic team player to join our Performance Marketing team. As an Ad-tech and Martech operations, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing existing integrations and implementing effective data pipelines. We are looking for someone who is experienced in managing marketing technology tools, such as GA4, AppsFlyer, Firebase, tracking pixels, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console (GSC). This role also requires comfort in managing REST API processes and back-end data management. You will collaborate with the Dev and product teams, as well as create insightful reports for the leadership team.
Responsibilities:
- Support implementation and management of marketing technology tools, including GA4, AppsFlyer, Firebase, tracking pixels, and Google Tag Manager. Regularly analyze data using GA4, GSC, AppsFlyer, and CM360 to monitor, optimize, and report on campaign performance.
- Assist in implementing Web-To-App measurement and attribution strategies.
- Ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and attribution across all marketing campaigns by verifying the implementation of tracking codes, pixels, and tags.
- Implement Server-to-Server integrations with multiple networks via API for campaign measurement and optimization purposes.
- Maintain and troubleshoot marketing technology tools and platforms.
- Create and maintain detailed, accurate performance reports for leadership and internal teams, focusing on key marketing KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on campaign objectives, strategies, and data requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing technology and data analytics to improve internal processes and campaign performance.
Requirements:
- Native Mandarin Chinese speaker with high fluency in English.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in a performance marketing role, focusing on marketing technology implementations and data analysis.
- Familiarity with marketing technology tools, such as Google Analytics 4, AppsFlyer, Firebase, tracking pixels, and Google Tag Manager.
- Strong experience using data analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, AppsFlyer, and CM360.
- Previous experience connecting and managing different marketing APIs, such as Google Ads API or Meta's CAPI.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven decision-making approach.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Clear and concise communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights to leadership and team members.
- Knowledge of SQL/Python language and understanding of BigQuery is a plus.
